Project Overview
A growing digital agency needed a custom CMS so content teams could update websites without
developer help. Web Zero designed and developed SmartCMS to simplify content control,
ensure security, and provide flexibility while keeping the platform affordable.

Brainstorming
We ran workshops with the client’s content and design teams to identify pain points and
prioritized: a clean dashboard, drag-and-drop editing with live preview, role-based access
control, integrated SEO tools, and a mapped content workflow from creation to approval.
Case Study
During design we produced wireframes focusing on minimal clicks and intuitive navigation.
The backend used a modular architecture for easy expansion. We added SEO fields (meta title,
keywords, description), automatic sitemap generation, and image optimization. Multiple usability
tests ensured first-time users could publish content within minutes without developer help.
