Project Overview
ResiConnect was developed to eliminate the challenges of manual apartment management by introducing an integrated platform that streamlines complaint tracking, notice distribution, and payment processing. The project aimed to create a transparent and efficient system that caters to both residents and property managers.
Built by Web Zero, the system emphasizes usability, security, and community engagement. ResiConnect ensures that residents can easily raise complaints, view announcements, and make secure payments online, while admins and managers can efficiently handle approvals, maintenance tasks, and reports.
